GAZA: US has imposed sanctions on Israeli right-wing activist group Tzav 9 for blocking, looting and burning aid conveys attempting to deliver humanitarian goods to civilians here.

According to US State Department, on 13th May, Tzav 9 activists had looted two trucks loaded with humanitarian goods and the set the vehicles on fire.

“The provision of humanitarian assistance is vital to preventing the humanitarian crisis in Gaza from worsening and to mitigating the risk of famine…

“We will not tolerate acts of sabotage and violence targeting this essential humanitarian assistance.”
