ISLAMABAD: Wildlife Management Board has been asked by the SCP on Wednesday (21st August, 2024) to take possession of eateries (Monal, La Montana & Gloria Jeans) that were operating from inside the Margalla Hills National Park here.
The three-judge bench of the SCP, headed by CJP Qazi Faez Isa, in its 25-page order instructed the CDA and the Police to assist the Board; barricade the entrance; and demolish the infrastructure with least possible disturbance to the wildlife or destruction of trees.
