UTTAR PRADESH: A National Investigation Agency (NIA) Officer, Mohammad Tanzil Ahmed gunned down here by two mysterious assailants on Saturday night.
When DSP along with his family was returning from his niece’s wedding, unidentified men opened fire at his car in Binjour locality, His wife was also wounded and later shifted to Fortis Hospital in critical condition.
Sources further revealed that the deceased part of the team busy in investigation of the terrorist attack on the Indian Air Force base in Pathankot.
NIA spokesman while terming it a pre-planned attack said that the matter was being investigated.
