Cricket, 2nd T20I: Australia beats Pakistan by 13 runs

SYDNEY CRICKET GROUND: Pakistan was beaten by Australian cricket team by 13 runs in the 2nd ODI played here on Saturday (16th Nov, 2024).

Australia had given a target of 148 runs to Green Shirts who, despite Usman Khan’s 52 off 38 deliveries and Irfan Khan’s 37 off 28 balls (not out) managed to muster only 134 runs up in 19.5 overs. Johnson sent 5 Pakistanis back to pavilion while Zampa hunted two scalps.

Babar Azam scored three runs, Sahibzada Farhan’s bat yielded only five runs, Salman ali Agha failed to score any run while Rizwan made 16 off 26 balls.

Australia won T20I series 2-0 against Pakistan. The third and final match will be played on Monday (18th Nov) in Hobart.
