AIMAN INAM

NEW YORK:  In a recent study, researchers have found that elderly people with uneven heartbeat are more prone to deteriorating walking pace, stability and other physical problems.

Assistant Professor of Boston University Jared W. Magnani has pointed out that  aged people, who are suffering from atrial fibrillation (the most ordinary sort of irregular heartbeat) , have greater chances  of having  a stroke.

The findings were published in journal Circulation: Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology.
