ISLAMABAD: A 2-member bench consisting of IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri has granted bail in £190m Corruption Case against a surety of rupees one million to Imran Khan here on Wednesday (15th May, 2024).
The two-member bench had reserved its verdict on IK’s bail plea yesterday. Meanwhile, it may be recalled while IK had been granted bail in toshakhana case, judgement on his acquittal plea is pending.
