IK gives ‘final call’, protest in Islamabad on 24th Nov

ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan on Wednesday (13th November, 2024) has given the final call asking his supporters to converge here on Sunday 24th November to protest against stolen mandate, unjust arrests and the way 26th constitutional amendment bill was passed.

Taking to the X Imran Khan said:

I appeal to all Pakistanis to reach Islamabad on Sunday November 24th and not return until our demands have been met.

Our demands are:

* Revoke the 26th Amendment.

* Restore democracy and the constitution.

* Return the public’s mandate.

* Release all innocent political prisoners.

I have formed a leadership committee to lead the protest and conduct all negotiations.

Ali Amin Gandapur, CM of KP, while talking to Media personnel in Peshawar said: “Imran’s sister Aleema Khan has announced the date of protest, preparations have been completed and this time there will be no turning back”.

Meanwhile, Aleema Khan told journalists that Imran Khan had also told Pakistanis to decide whether they want to live under martial law or enjoy freedom.
