MALDIVES: Leader of Pakistani delegation Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri has today highlighted the Kashmir Issue and the plight of Kashmiris at Speakers’ Conference held here today.

During Suri’s speech the Indian delegation attempted to create a ruckus but he spoke for a quarter of an hour effectively briefing the participants abut the matter.

Qasim Khan Suri pointed out that grave human crisis had emerged due to continuous curfew and lockdown in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The participants of the conference strongly condemned atrocities in IoK and urged the international community to take notice of Indian brutalities.

It is pertinent to mention here that Speakers Conference here has provided Indo-Pak governments an occasion to interact for the first time after Modi stripped IoC of its status autonomous status on 5th of August, 2019.
