KARAKORAM HIGHWAY: Sino-Pak trade and tourism came to a halt as the KKH remained blocked for 4th day on Monday (6th Jan, 2025) due to sit-in staged against power crisis by the residents of Hunza Awami Action Committee and the All Parties Traders Association.
According to GBCCI sources, hundreds of trucks loaded with trade commodities are presently stuck at the CPEC dry port. Though during winters power shortage becomes an issue, concerned authorities failed to resolve it.
