Nawaz, Zardari to virtually attend All Parties Conference

ISLAMABAD: Responding to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s invitation, London-based Nawaz Sharif has agreed to virtually attend opposition’s APC scheduled to take place tomorrow (Sunday 20th of Sept., 2020).

Taking to the Twitter Bilawal Bhutto informed: “Just spoke to Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif. Inquired about his health. Also invited him to virtually attend opposition APC, hosted by PPP, on 20th September.”

Pointing towards Bilawal-Nawaz telephonic parleys, sources have insinuated that the deposed PM had assured Bilawal that decisions taken by the APC would be implemented. Talking to Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman Nawaz Sharif assured him of PML-N’s support.

Moreover, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has informed by means of Twitter: “President Asif Ali Zardari will join opposition APC 20th September via video link inshAllah”. 

PPP-P has made it clear that despite warnings by the incumbent PTI-led government,  the APC addresses of deposed PM Nawaz Sharif and PPP-P Chairman Asif Ali Zardari would be  broadcast live on social media.

PPP-P informed that it would provide a link on social media where Sharif and Zardari would deliver opening remarks. Moreover, after the conference, a Presser would be held.

Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif rejoined the Social Media platform Twitter and immediately gained 50000 followers. Commenting on this development his daughter PML-N’s Maryam Nawaz informed: “Happy & privileged to announce that in order to stay connected to the people of Pakistan, MNS has decided to join Twitter. His Twitter handle is @NawazSharifMNS.”
