KARACHI: PNS Aslat has been deployed in the Indian Ocean in order to ensure the safety of merchant ships entering and leaving Pakistani ports with dedicated helicopters.
This ship is equipped with the latest weapons and sensors, capable of dealing with multi-dimensional threats and conducting a wide range of maritime operations.
International Shipping: PNS Aslat’s deployment will also contribute towards making international shipping activities safe in the region.
Naval Diplomacy: PNS Aslat will visit regional ports and participate in joint operations with friendly and partner countries in addition to its own operations.
