SWABI: Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, addressed party workers here Saturday (8th Feb, 2025) on the occasion of the 1st anniversary of 8th Feb 2024 polls that PTI says was rigged massively against it.
Gohar Ali, maintaining that PTI mandate was stolen in the darkness, asserted that independent judiciary was necessarily for political stability sans that no economic growth was possible. Harboring on the subject of talks with government, Barrister Gohar told that was initiated for the sake of country on the direction of founder PTI Imran Khan.
Chairman PTI said, since their basic demand (formation of judicial commissions to investigate 9th May, 2023 and 26th Nov, 2024 incidents) was not accepted, PTI backed out of the dialogue. CM KP, Ali Amin Gandapur, warned if PTI decided to settle scores the coalition government would not be able to bear it. But, he said his party wanted the supremacy of the Constitution in Pakistan.
