MOSCOW: President Vladimir Putin commenting apropos Russia’s Thursday (28th Nov, 2024) attack on Ukraine said that was to answer the Kyiv’s launching of missiles (provided by the West) on Russian regions.

These could be military facilities, defence and industrial enterprises, or decision-making centres in Kyiv,” he said.
