Saudi Arabia beheads a Pakistani ‘heroin-smuggler’

RIYADH: A Pakistani Namtallah Khasta Qul, who was convicted of ‘drug-trafficking’, was beheaded by the concerned authorities here.

Saudi authorities say Qul was found guilty of dealing in heroin. His beheading was the 20th so far this year in the Kingdom.

According to Amnesty International Saudi Arabia had beheaded 150 people in 2016 and 158 in 2015.
