Senate upset: Bilawal asks Imran to resign (Video and Text)

ISLAMABAD: Following defeat of the govt’s candidate Abdul Hafeez Sheikh in the Senate Election, Chairman PPP-P Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has asked PM Imran Khan to resign.

Talking to journalists at the Zardari House here on 3rd of March, he stated: “If he has honour then he should himself resign. Imran Khan should submit his resignation today as the demand for his resignation is no more only the opposition’s demand but it has now become a demand of the government members as well.”

Bilawal Bhutto maintained that Yousuf Raza Gilani’s victory was also an expression of a no confidence on the IMF-dictated budget and a manifestation of the people’s discontentment over the inflation and unemployment.
