Whey can help control diabetes

BOSTON:  a recent study presented here at ENDO 2016 (the annual meeting of the Endocrine Society) says that whey protein can aid to deal with Type 2 diabetes.

Study suggests that whey protein powder – a byproduct of milk – stimulates better satiety and decreases glucose spears following breakfast as compared to other protein sources.

Moreover, the diet that comprises whey protein can remarkably hold back the appetite hormone and thus results in weight loss.
