BISHKEK: Hassan Ali Zaigham, Pakistani Envoy here, met the Kyrgyz Deputy Foreign Minister Imangaziev Almaz in connection with attacks on Pakistani students here.
The diplomat urged the Kyrgyz Government to prioritize the safeguarding of Pakistani nationals.
Imangaziev Almaz, informing that the Kyrgyz President was directly supervising the endeavors to contain law and order situation further told that the Police had controlled the situation which was now normal.
He said that police was providing security to all the hostels and the government was determined to bring the perpetrators of 17th May attack to the book.
Deputy FM further informed that out of 5 Pakistani students, who got injured, four had been discharged following first aid, while one, with jaw injury, was being provided treatment at a medical facility.
