Indian shelling kills 1, injures 6 along LoC: Officials.

RAWALPINDI: ISPR has informed today that cross-border shelling across the Line of Control (LoC) resulted in the death of one civilian near Nakyal Sector.

Six others were injured due to the heavy shelling.

“The casualties occurred in different villages of Nakyal sector in the southern Kotli district as people were getting ready for their daily work,” said Waleed Anwar, assistant commissioner of the area.

All the injured were being treated at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Nakyal, he added.
