KP: When Pakistani Security Forces attempted to identify the 4 militants killed during an IBO carried out on 31st Jan 2025 in Kulachi area of DI Khan here last week, it transpired that one of the terrorists killed was son of the deputy governor of an afghan province (Badghis).
Though Kabul repeatedly denied allegations that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists had been utilising Afghan soil to launch attacks across the Pak-Afghan border, the body of the Afghan province (Badghis)’s deputy governor’s son, identified as Badaruddin alias Yousaf, manifests that Islamabad’s claim was right that Afghan Taliban leadership still maintains close ties with terrorists.
According to sources Badaruddin alias Yousaf, who had joined Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan after receiving training at an Afghan Taliban training centre, was directly involved in the terrorist attacks from Afghanistan into Pakistan. Islamabad has time and again requested the leadership in Kabul to contain the activities of the terrorists on their soil that has become a breeding ground for all sorts of militants.
