PSP asks govt to count karachiites correctly

KARACHI: KPC was the venue where participants of a huge PSP-led rally that commenced from Nursery converged after marching through the busy Sarah-e-Faisal on Sunday (17th of Jan) demanding govt. to count karachiites correctly.

PSP Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal, while warning that his party would lock down the Port City if a fair census was not conducted in the Metropolis, held: “We have never been fairly counted over the past 70 years as the state is afraid of counting us correctly.

“You are creating tomorrow’s terrorists by increasing the sense of deprivation in Karachi. But I refuse to step back and will fight till my last breath!”

According to him if the 2017 census was not declared controversial, next generation of karachiites would not be correctly counted.
